Crystal Lake OMS hosted their first facial rejuvenation evening. We offered a special rate of $8 per unit for Botox cosmetic treatments and $500 for Juvéderm injection filler. It was a relaxing, casual atmosphere, with delicious hors d’oeuvres and glasses of wine. Dr. Ozment’s wife Nicole attended the evening, documenting the fun by taking photographs.
